Pool time with Grandma
The neighbors are so great to us! Thanks again to Jane and Rich for the "doors always open" sign on the pool next door.

This little friend came to visit last week. He usually hangs out in our pine tree, far too hiihg to get a good look at him.
Watch our Garden Grow!!
The boys somehow convinced me to spend half a day and a bottle of motrin digging up a 6x12 section of the back yard for a new vegetable and herb garden. Everything seems to be sprouting. Amazing what a little miracle grow and the sunny state of FL will do for seeds. I know you just can't wait for the next picture of sunflowers, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, basil , parsley and cucumbers!

Catching Up
What an exciting couple months it has been this year. Jennifer is getting the fire hose leaning plan in nursing school and the boys and I are trying not to ruin too many whites by washing them with red underwear!
Alex and Brayden started soccer last weekend and Coach Dad is trying hard to remember how to play the game. Thank goodness I am only the assistant coach and my team doesn't even know what a sideline is yet.
Work is going well, and the down turn in the realestate market has not taken too drastic a toll on the production in our office. The merger with Regions will take full swing as we start transferring systems and files next week.
Fishing has been slow as the weather and my days off have only lined up twice since the Holidays. Looking forward to calmer weather and warmer water.
Jennifer and I recently celebrated 10 years together.....We each have our moments that we are so "tough to love!", but somehow we have scratched through. Must be the good genes! Thanks to all who have been such a great influence, supportive and understanding over the years. We couldn't have made it without everyone's help.....here's to the next 10 and many more!
We love having company and we've had some great visits lately. Aunt Lauren and Uncle Mike, Grandma and Grandpa Cleghorn and Uncle Jeff and Aunt Mer were all here in the last month. Mom and Dad will arrive in a few weeks...... I guess the cold weather must be setting in up North! It is such a great time to be a Floridian. It will be hot soon, but for now, 75 and sunny is pretty great with us.
